In order to eliminate these aesthetic concerns, the dental implants produced from zirconia in a color close to the natural tooth meet the aesthetic expectations, especially in the anterior areas of the jaw.

Although there is no functionally significant difference, when the fracture resistances of the materials are compared, we think that the fracture resistance of zirconium is higher than the fracture resistance of titanium, and this may be interpreted that zirconium implants are more resistant to the chewing forces.
